Wasabi

Somethings that I love about UK.

I started eating Sushi a few years back.The reason I never ate earlier,I just didn't know what was invloved in terms of eating it right!

One day a good friend took me to a high end supermarket in Taipei and gave me all the details of how to eat it and how to pick up,,,,, ....from then on I always had Sushi...but it never struck me what is WASBABI in terms of its contents!

Then I come to UK and see Sushi in every supemarket...and what impressed me is the contents of Wasabi written on every packet in English!

So finally I know it is made out of "Horse Radish"
